Hi everyone~~~ How are you?? So sorry for not updating my blog. Im so busy with the other blog ( tumblr) kkk. Well from now on I will keep on posting blogs here. hehe.
For now, I will be showing you a video on how to eat Samgyeopsal. Samgeyopsal ( pork belly) is one of the most favorite dishes of Korean people. The literal meaning of the word is "three (sam; 삼) layered (gyeop; 겹) flesh (sal;살)," referring to the ostensible three layers that are visible in the meat. ( This is according to Wikipedia).
My husbad and I really love samgyeopsal~~~ yummy~~ Samgyeopsal is always accompanied with soju. hahaha some veggies and of course kimchi and other Korean side dishes..
